It’s been a while since you guys last heard from me huh? Let me start off by say Merry Christmas Eve to all of you. Over the nexr few days, I’m going to be dumping a lot of pictures on you guys. It’s well needed and worth it.
Well let’s being with our first picture in a long while.
This whole heap of food here is brought to you by Habachi Grill and Supreme Buffet on Roosevelt Boulevard in Philadelphia. One thing about me, I love buffets. You get to pig out and eat everything you possible can (you also get to take some home for a small fee though). Let me list all that I have on the plate. I have beef and broccoli, some mixed vegetable rice, shrimp, general tso’s chicken, garlic bread, and last but not least some crawfish sticking out on the far right.
The food was amazing. They offered some American foof like pizza, fries, fried chicken and etc. The one thing I will say though, the soy sauce was super salty. This seems to be the case with most buffets. Thankfully, I did a taste test on a spoon before actually putting it on the plate. Other then that, everything else was great. The service was fast and the waiters made sure your cup always stayed refilled.
Looking at this picture made me crave some Chinese food again. Welp, looks like I’ll be making another trip here again. If you’re ever in Philadelphia, I recommend that you at least give this place a try before you leave. Let me know how your visit went.
I decided to make something quick to eat. I didn’t really feel like doing the dished yesterday lol. So I whipped up this. Good ole string beans, fried chicken breast with broccoli and cheddar rice. I decide to make those crescent rolls at the last minute too lol. I felt like my meal was incomplete so I made them.
Not bad huh? Excuse the paper plate (one less dish for me). What do you think?
I just want to say thank you to everyone that follows/likes my blog and the things I post. I never would’ve imagined that there would be so many foodies out there. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much. Definitely have a treat for you guys I’m the coming weeks that I know you’ll love. Stay tuned.
I had a sweet tooth so I decided to raid the fridge. At first I was going to bake a cake, but saw that we had cinnamon rolls so I decided on those.
Look at these beautiful creations. I really want to start baking my own things. Baby steps you guys, baby steps. I’m going to get there watch me. For now though, marvel at these. See ya later 😉
I know I’ve been gone for a minute and I do apologize for that. To show my sincere apologies, here’s a cake that me and my mom baked. I know our icing skills aren’t exactly top tier lol. It’s a confetti cake complete with confetti icing. This was so good. You guys like?
Here’s the cake after it was cut:
Hiya! How are you? Well here’s a little treat I’d thought I’d share with all of you?
A good ole burger and fries from Landmark Americana bar. One of my new favorite spots that I was introduced to last summer. Just look at it, looking all nice and juicy and what not. There’s no need to describe the taste since the picture says at all huh? Just make sure you wipe the drool from your face when you’re done lol. Happy Monday!
Remember that Snicker’s ice cream I showed you? Well guess what, there’s more. I have the Oreo and Reese’s flavored ones.
I tried to find the Reese’s one in a bigger size, but I guess this was all they had. Let me break down the taste of both of these beauties. The Reese’s: more chocolaty with maybe a hint of a peanut butter after taste. I don’t know how to describe it but it was good. Plus it has chunks of Reese’s candy in it, my favorite candy.
The Oreo’s: this was heaven. This is perhaps my favorite flavor (with the Snicker’s being second then the Reese’s). Sooooooo good y’all don’t understand. The pieces of Oreo cookies made it that much more better!
All in all, both of these were sooooooo good. If you like chocolate, go for the Reese’s. If you like vanilla, go for the Oreo’s. I definitely recommend giving these a try.
Man oh man having I been craving these bad boys. Pizza fries!
I’ve actually been thinking about these for a minute. I just never had the chance to order them lol. Of course I know you can make your own (which I probably will just to see if I got it), but they were free (well at least for me lol). These were so good. OK OK enough rambling, I have to put another order in for these (or try making my own). Don’t they look heavenly?
OK so I originally planned to post this on Valentine’s day but as you can probably tell, that didn’t exactly happen. Well here are my two favorites that I got for Valentine’s day
Here’s a strawberry cheesecake. It was in the shape of a heart but I guess during my travels, it got a little disfigured lol. This was my mom’s gift courtesy of my little brother.
Me being me, I don’t just get one thing. So here’s one of the many things that I have been craving for about a year now.
My favorite! Strawberry shortcake. I missed this cake sooooooo much, you guys don’t understand. I’ve literally been craving for this like a mad man. One day, I’m going to make my own to satisfy my cravings. Of course, its long gone now so now my cravings begin once more. Oh boy.
